1.0 Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call: President Moravec called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Mike Dwyer, Kristie Magnino, Susie Moravec and Greg Sampson. Kristie Gilmore and Mark Jamison were absent. Village Board Members Tom Brown, Wayne Royuk, Jeremy Lange, Red Misfeldt, Mark Sundberg and Linda Douglas, village board secretary, were also present.

2.1 Discussion was held on possible additional parking at the school.

2.2 Discussion was held on the location of the water main on east side of the high school.

3.0 Adjournment: There being no further business the retreat was adjourned at 7:57 p.m.
