1. Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call: President Moravec called the meeting to order at 7:52 p.m. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Micheal Dwyer, Kristie Gilmore, Mark Jamison, Susie Moravec. Also present was Superintendent Stineman and Merle Rambo from FCMG. Board Members Tom Kratochvil and Jill Schreck were absent.

2. Review and Approve Construction Documents Presented by Facilities’ Cost Management Group: Final mechanical and electrical bid documents are not complete at this time. Final documents will tentatively be presented for approval at the July 14 regular board meeting. No action was taken at the meeting.

Adjournment: There being no further business meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
