6:30 P.M., HS SCIENCE ROOM

1. Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call: Vice President Jamison called the meeting to order at 6:38 p.m. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Micheal Dwyer, Kristie Gilmore, Mark Jamison and Jill Schreck. Also present was Superintendent Stineman. Board Members Tom Kratochvil and Susie Moravec were absent.

1.1 Pledge of Allegiance

2. Review and Approve Contract Documents for Distribution to Bidders: Moved by Kristie Gilmore and seconded by Jill Schreck to approve contract documents for distribution to bidders as presented by Facilities Cost Management Group. Motion carried on a 4-0 roll call vote with Dwyer, Gilmore, Jamison, and Schreck voting in favor of the motion.

Adjournment: There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
