1.0 Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call: President Moravec called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Mike Dwyer, Kristie Gilmore, Mark, Jamison, Kristie Magnino, Susie Moravec and Greg Sampson.

3.0 Items of Discussion

3.1 Discuss, Consider and Accept Superintendent’s Resignation: Moved by Greg Sampson and seconded by Kristie Gilmore to accept Nate Stineman’s resignation as superintendent effective June 30, 2009. Motion carried on a 6-0 roll call vote.

3.2 Discuss New Superintendent’s Contract: Discussion was held on salary and contract changes for new superintendent. A candidate will be interviewed at the March 9, 2009, board meeting.

3.3 Discuss, Consider and Hire New Superintendent. Tabled until March 9, 2009 meeting.

5.0 Adjournment: There being no further business the retreat was adjourned at 9:11 p.m.
