6:30 P.M., HS SCIENCE ROOM

1. Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call: President Moravec called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Micheal Dwyer, Kristie Gilmore, Susie Moravec and Jill Schreck. Also present was Lynn Johnson, high school principal, Brent Cudly, assistant high school principal, Chad Radke, elementary principal, George Bosshart, buildings and grounds’ supervisor. Board Members Mark Jamison, Tom Kratochvil and Superintendent Stineman were absent.

2. Review and Possibly Approve Plans/Drawings Presented by Facilities’ Cost Management Group: Merle Rambo and Bill Williams from Facilities’ Cost Management Group presented construction plans and explained the process, time frames, etc.

Discussion was held on parking facilities, technology and the sound system in the gym. A special board meeting will be held on June 24, at 6:30 p.m. to approve contract documents.

Adjournment: There being no further business meeting was adjourned at 8:47 p.m.
