BOARD RETREAT MINUTES

J’S STEAKHOUSE

FRIDAY, MARCH 8, 2013

5:30 P.M.

1.0       Call Retreat to Order and Roll Call:  Meeting was called to order at 5:35 p.m. by President Mark Jamison.  Present were board members Micheal Dwyer, Mark Jamison, Greg Sampson, Luanne Sundberg and Shanon Willmott.  Matt O'Daniel entered the meeting at 5:55 p.m.  Also present were Lynn Johnson, Andrew Farber and Chad Radke.

            1.1       Pledge of Allegiance

1.2       Approval of Retreat Agenda. 

2.0       Items of Discussion

2.1       Review/Revise Annual District Plans:  The board discussed the Annual District Plan.  They decided to retain the five elements of the plan and to continue to keep this annual plan an integral part of each month's board meeting.  They will use the board meeting format to review and discuss possible revisions to the plan.  

2.2       Discuss and Consider Prioritizing District Needs:  The board entered a discussion about district priorities.  Board members discussed all aspects of district needs and brainstormed priorities which led to a broad philosophical perspective on district priorities.

3.0       Adjournment:  There being no further business the retreat was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
