BOARD RETREAT

FEBRUARY 21, 2008

 5:30 p.m. Fremont Golf Club

SECTION I:  OPENING PROCEDURES

1.1              Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call:  President Moravec called the retreat to order at 5:30 p.m.  All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Micheal Dwyer, Kristie Gilmore, Mark Jamison, Tom Kratchovil, Susie Moravec and Jill Schreck.  Also present were Nate Stineman, superintendent, Lynn Johnson, secondary principal, Chad Radke, elementary principal, Merle Rambo and Annette Zeplin, Facilities Cost Management representatives.

SECTION II:  OTHER ITEMS REQUIRING BOARD DISCUSSION

2.1       Discussion was held on the upcoming building project with Mr. Rambo and Ms. Zeplin.

2.2       Discussion was held on board goals and self-evaluation.           

ADJOURNMENT:  There being no further business the workshop was adjourned at 9:35 p.m.
