BOARD OF EDUCATION

SPECIAL MEETING

HIGH SCHOOL SCIENCE ROOM

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 2008

6:30 P.M.

1.                  Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call:  Vice President Jamison called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m.  All proceedings hereafter shown were taken while this meeting was open to the public.

Present were Board Members Micheal Dwyer, Kristie Gilmore and Mark Jamison.  Also present was Superintendent Nate Stineman and Harvey Anderson and Merle Rambo from Facilities Cost Management. Board Members Susie Moravec, Jill Schreck and Tom Kratochvil were absent. 

1.1       Pledge of Allegiance

2.         Review and Select Any and All Construction Bids:  Bids received on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 were reviewed and discussed.  Merle Rambo visited with the Board about value engineering. 

Jill Schreck entered the meeting at  6:50 p.m.

            Mike Dwyer left the meeting at approximately 7:17 p.m.

            No action taken at this meeting.

Adjournment:  There being no further business meeting was adjourned at     7:32 p.m.
